    Payroll and HR Admin Manager

    BettingJobs is currently working with a leading iGaming operator based in Malta looking to hire Payroll and HR Administration Manager.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the employee onboarding process, working closely with departments such as IT, Office and Talent Acquisition
      teams, as well as HR, to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
    • Maintaining all employee’s data onto the HR software.
    • Ensuring and assisting employees that the annual Income Tax Declarations are submitted correctly.
    • Maintaining the Social Report of Malta + ROW on a yearly basis and when needed.
    • Maintaining the TBR Sheet and Mobility Sheet on a constant basis.
    • Maintaining the JIRA system for HR Malta + International.
    • Maintaining the employee journey and policy library on Confluence and Steeple

    Requirements:

    • Payroll Knowledge and vast experience.
    • Tax Law & rules.
    • Employment Law knowledge.
    • Keeping with assigned deadlines.
