BettingJobs is working with established b2b sportsbook/iGaming platform provider with offices in London, Malta and Sofia looking for a Head of Sportsbook to join their team in either London or Malta.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sportsbook strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
• Own Sportsbook operations, from conception to conclusion, in all markets for both web and mobile, with the goal of improving the customer experience and Sportsbook revenue.
• Help drive expansion of the company into other markets by identifying, scoping and supporting the build of a localised solution.
• Full responsibility for the performance & P/L of all sportsbook related products.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of Sportsbook improvements. Identify & analyse customer data trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Works closely with the tech and commercial teams ensuring customized solutions for all target markets.
• Ownership of the operational and communication lines with all 3rd party partners in relation to all Sportsbook related products
• Continuously assess and improve the user experience to maximize customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the sportsbook’s market presence.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the B2B gaming industry, with a focus on sportsbook operations.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving financial targets.
• Strong knowledge of sports betting markets, odds compilation, and risk management.
• In-depth understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
• Exposure to the Asian market in a Sportsbook position advantageous
