BettingJobs is working with a successful Asian facing iGaming brand, now looking to expand their workforce and presence in the European market. They are looking for a Head of Sportsbook to join their team on a remote basis.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sportsbook strategy tailored to the Asian market.
• Leverage your deep knowledge of Asian betting preferences, including expertise in Asian Handicap, live betting, and market trends.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to enhance the sportsbook offering, ensuring it meets the needs of the Asian market.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Ensure the sportsbook operations adhere to all relevant regulations within the region.
• Monitor and analyse sportsbook performance, using insights to refine the strategy and maximize profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing a sportsbook, with a focus on the Asian market.
• In-depth knowledge of Asian betting markets, including Asian Handicap systems and regional betting patterns.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and drive performance-based decisions.
• Excellent understanding of sportsbook operations, technology, and user experience.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with iGaming compliance and regulatory requirements in Asia.
