BettingJobs is working with a market leading B2B SaaS provider who are looking to add a Head of Sales Excellence to their team. This role would ideally be based in Bucharest.
The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to the Chief Commercial Officer, driving operational efficiency and strategic alignment within the sales organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Leads global market research, competitive analysis, and strategic insights.
- Manages end-to-end RfP process, from scouting to submission.
- Oversees CRM, lead qualification, client analytics, and sales enablement.
- Tracks KPIs, sales forecasting, pricing models, and deal value.
- Aligns performance metrics with sales and organisational goals.
- Acts as a liaison between sales and other business functions.
- Continuously improves processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Defines best practices for market research, analytics, and reporting.
- Collaborates with Sales, Product, Finance, and Marketing for alignment.
- Engages with industry stakeholders to track market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, or related field.
- 8+ years in sales operations, enablement, or business excellence (B2B SaaS, consulting, or professional services).
- Expertise in BI, RfP management, account growth, and sales controlling.
- Proven leadership in aligning cross-functional teams with strategy.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and CRM proficiency.
- Experience in sales efficiency, revenue growth, and complex deal management.
- Familiarity with project-based services, client engagement, and value-based selling.
