Our client, a growing, successful Casino operator is looking for an experienced Head of Retention Marketing to join their team in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and inspire a high-performing retention team to execute strategies across email, mobile, and SMS channels, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Develop and implement comprehensive retention and promotional marketing strategies to maximize traffic and revenue, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and growth targets.
- Design and orchestrate automated customer journeys to enhance engagement and retention, utilizing data and insights to personalize communications and improve customer experiences.
- Directly oversee and optimize customer retention and reactivation tactics, monitoring and analysing key metrics to identify improvement opportunities and ensure strategy effectiveness.
- Oversee and grow our CRM program, implementing best practices to build a strong, engaged user base and driving long-term customer loyalty.
- Continuously innovate and optimize CRM initiatives to enhance user engagement and satisfaction, developing strategies to retain and reactivate customers based on data-driven insights and feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior retention marketing role, ideally within the online gaming or casino industry, demonstrating success in leading high-performing teams.
- Extensive experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools, leveraging these to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Strong strategic and analytical abilities, capable of interpreting data to develop actionable strategies that drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- A creative thinker with a passion for customer engagement and retention, always seeking innovative approaches to improve customer experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree a plus), with strong leadership qualities and a focus on fostering a positive, results-oriented, and inclusive team environment.
- Fluent in Hindi.
