    Head of Retention and Operations

    BettingJobs are working with a well-funded, online casino start-up looking to add a Head of Retention and Operations to their team in Prague.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and evolve global CRM team for expansion.
    • Plan and execute strategic promotions to reduce churn and boost yield.
    • Drive best practice retention strategies and loyalty tools.
    • Ensure promotions align with marketing and product initiatives.
    • Analyze and optimize campaign performance, reporting to stakeholders.
    • Implement automated, personalized lifecycle campaigns across channels.
    • This role will also involve assisting the CEO with any operations help and being the point of contact with the provider.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; Master’s degree optional.
    • 4+ years iGaming experience in CRM automation and marketing ops.
    • Analytical and results-oriented, keen on continuous optimization.
    • Proficient in data visualization tools for insights.
    • Self-motivated problem-solver, passionate and driven.
    • Experienced in CRM campaign development, project management, and technical CRM tools.
