    Head of Marketing

    BettingJobs are working with a Successful multi-brand online gaming operator who are looking for a Head of Marketing to join their team in Cyprus.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement high-level marketing strategies focused on user acquisition, customer retention, and paid media campaigns.
    • Lead, inspire, and align the CRM, Acquisition, and Paid Media teams to ensure cohesion and synergy in achieving business goals.
    • Oversee the setup, monitoring, and refinement of CRM retention campaigns using tools like Cellxpert, SendGrid, and Smartico.
    • Design and execute customer segmentation, loyalty promotions, and retention initiatives tailored to specific market needs.
    • Optimise acquisition strategies and paid media activities to maximize ROI, reduce CAC, and enhance retention rates.
    • Manage the performance of campaigns across multiple channels and geographies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Analyse and report on marketing KPIs such as ROI, CAC, and retention rates, leveraging insights for continuous improvement.
    • Monitor and refine daily marketing performance across CRM and acquisition, adapting strategies per market and region.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, player behavior, and the competitive landscape in iGaming.

    Requirements:

    • 5-6 years of B2C marketing experience in the iGaming industry, with expertise across acquisition, CRM, and paid media.
    • Proven track record in managing marketing activities across multiple markets and regulated regions.
    • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Cellxpert, SendGrid, and Smartico.
    • Strong proficiency in analysing marketing KPIs and making data-driven decisions.
    • A strategic thinker with an analytical and operational mindset.
    • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and align cross functional teams.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Ability to think strategically while being hands-on with campaign setup, quality assurance, and performance tracking.
    • Adaptable and results-driven, with a passion for continuous optimisation and improvement.
