    Head of Marketing

    BettingJobs is working with a fast-growing crypto casino who are looking for a Head of Marketing to join their team based fully remotely.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy aligned with business goals (acquisition, retention, brand growth)
    • Define the brand positioning, tone, and messaging across all channels
    • Manage marketing budgets, performance metrics, and reporting for ROI and LTV
    • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations
    • Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns (PPC, display, affiliates, influencers, SEO, and content)
    • Build and optimize affiliate and partnership programs for scalable player acquisition
    • Test and refine multi-channel user acquisition strategies tailored to crypto and iGaming audiences
    • Implement player segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and CRM initiatives
    • Oversee creation of marketing content — from social and blog to campaigns and creative assets
    • Manage social media presence across platforms like X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, and Reddit
    • Engage with the crypto and gaming community to build loyalty and organic growth
    • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using data tools and dashboards
    • Identify key growth metrics and continuously optimize for conversion, retention, and ROI
    • Collaborate with product and operations teams to align marketing insights with player experience
    • As the company scales, hire, mentor, and lead a small marketing team
    • Manage external agencies and freelancers as needed

    Requirements:

    • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within iGaming, crypto, sports betting, or high-growth B2C tech
    • Proven success scaling user acquisition and retention across digital channels
    • Strong understanding of crypto audiences, Web3 marketing, and casino/gambling compliance frameworks
    • Hands-on experience with paid acquisition (Twitch, Reddit, Streamers, etc.)
    • Experience managing affiliate marketing programs and influencer collaborations
    • Comfortable using analytics and attribution tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Looker, etc.)
    • Strong creative instincts — able to brief, critique, and guide design and content effectively
    • Self-starter who thrives in lean teams, capable of both strategy and execution
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
    • Passion for gaming, crypto, and online entertainment
