BettingJobs are working with a hugely successful Asian-facing iGaming brand that is now expanding its workforce and presence across the European market. They are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead the financial strategy and operations of the business on a remote basis.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the company’s financial strategy to support international growth, with a particular focus on European market entry and expansion.
• Provide strategic financial leadership, delivering clear insights through comprehensive financial reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Lead the management of international fund flows and repatriation, ensuring compliance with multi-jurisdictional financial regulations and tax frameworks.
• Monitor and advise on financial regulations across both Asian and European gambling markets, ensuring the business maintains full compliance.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across operations, marketing, and technology to align financial planning with commercial objectives.
• Drive financial efficiency, implementing process improvements and scalable financial systems to support a high-growth business.
• Build, mentor, and manage the finance function, ensuring best practice and strong governance.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in a senior finance leadership role, within the iGaming sector.
• Strong experience in international financial management, including multi-currency operations and cross-border compliance.
• Deep understanding of Asian gambling markets; exposure to European markets is highly advantageous.
• Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with proficiency in financial management systems.
• Strong commercial acumen, capable of influencing strategy and decision-making at a senior level.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable to a fast-paced, start-up style environment.
