    Head of CRM

    BettingJobs is working with a LATAM focused iGaming operator who are looking for a Head of CRM to join their team in Argentina, Brazil or Spain.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and optimize CRM systems to nurture customer relationships and drive sales.
    • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
    • Plan and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
    • Leverage data insights to enhance customer engagement and adapt to evolving needs.
    • Track key marketing metrics, define KPIs, and measure campaign effectiveness.
    • Organize and manage promotional events to engage potential customers.
    • Evaluate and select CRM software while staying informed on industry trends.
    • Oversee CRM budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
    • Lead CRM and loyalty strategies across customer segments, managing stakeholders effectively.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years in a leadership role within the gaming industry.
    • Proven expertise in managing large-scale CRM strategies.
    • Experience with multi-channel marketing, automation, targeting, and A/B testing.
    • Hands-on experience with CRM automation platforms (e.g., XtremPush).
    • Strong track record in developing CRM and loyalty programs that drive results.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration with third-party partners.
    • Strong analytical skills in database marketing, segmentation, and performance reporting.
    • Fluent Spanish speaker
