    Head of Casino (CRM focused)

    BettingJobs are working with an exciting, start-up crypto casino operator who are seeking to hire a knowledgeable Head of Casino (CRM focused) to join their team in their Limassol office in Cyprus.



    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals, explore new opportunities, and expand market presence.
    • Analyse market trends and competitors to keep products competitive and innovative.
    • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth, efficient functioning and high service standards.
    • Collaborate with IT and product development teams to ensure products are secure, reliable, and user-friendly.
    • Monitor financial performance, analyse key metrics, and prepare regular financial reports for senior management.
    • Develop and implement customer retention strategies, including personalized and automated communication workflows.



    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
    • Extensive experience (7+ years) in the iGaming industry.
    • Proven track record in a senior management role.
    • In-depth knowledge of iGaming products, platforms, and market dynamics.
    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
    • Excellent financial acumen and budgeting skills.
    • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
    • Proficient in using data analytics and CRM tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the iGaming industry.
