BettingJobs is partnering with our client to find a talented Head of Acquisition to join their dynamic team in Prague.

As the Head of Acquisition reporting to the CEO and shareholders, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining acquisition strategies, maximising ROI, and steering global expansion. Relocation to Prague is essential for this role, as you’ll manage and direct daily operations.

The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end acquisition programs, covering Affiliates, PPC, SEO, and Social.

Responsibilities: 

• Research, acquisition, and onboarding of affiliates globally.
• Monitor and ensure correct promotion of brands by affiliates.
• Evaluate and report on affiliate performance.
• Follow up on deals and commission payments.
• Deliver, test, and optimise acquisition funnels.
• Communicate new offersgame provider releases, new product features, promotions, etc.
• Aligning with support on new campaigns/offers but also investigating and reporting issues that were sent from customer service
• Track and analyse campaign results, suggesting improvements.
• Conduct & assist in constant competitor analysis to improve company product and strategy.

Affiliates and SEO Team: 

• Establish and oversee teams from the ground up.
• Cultivate and nurture a network of powerful partnerships.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize KPIs.
• Provide inspirational leadership.
• Negotiate effectively with media partners, affiliates, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in similar roles within the gambling industry.
• Track record in customer acquisition, retention, and brand programs.
• Commercially and analytically oriented mindset.
• The ability to ensure timely delivery and flawless quality on all tasks handled
• Passion for the industry and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, additional language proficiency a plus.
• Excellent team player.
