    Head of Account Management

    BettingJobs is partnering with a unique B2B provider in the iGaming industry, supported by a dedicated team of 200 professionals. Our client stands as a leading player in the space, boasting an impressive annual revenue of approximately $20 million.

    They are searching for an experienced Head of Key Account Management to join their team in Malta, who will play the lead role in developing the business’s strategic account planning processes and refine performance objectives, KPI’s, and critical milestones for weekly/monthly/annual periods.

    Responsibilities:

    • As the Head of Account Management you will play the lead role to develop the business’s strategic account planning processes and refine performance objectives, KPI’s, and critical milestones for weekly/monthly/annual periods.
    • You will be responsible to drive and develop account specific growth strategies and approaches, generate revenue growth whilst building strong and long-lasting relationships with consumers.
    • You will work closely with cross-functional departments to align goals and approaches that facilitate smooth achievement of key account objectives.
    • Conduct market and customer analyses in order to identify key improvement areas in account maintenance and management.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 3 years experience working in key account management position within a fast-paced industry.
    • Solid iGaming experience and an existing industry network
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Experience leading, developing and supporting a team of account managers.
    • Excellent communication skills are crucial within this role, in for the purpose of transferring messages in clear, understandable, and convincing terms.
    • You understand the iGaming sector as a full, and how the services will benefit the clients CRM cycle, in order to surpass consumer expectations
    • Proven successful track record in establishing strong and long-term consumer relationships, being able to retain the highest-value relationships
    • MS Office: You have the ability to create reports and presentations for senior sales management, clients, and key stakeholders
