    German Speaking VIP Manager

    BettingJobs is working with a leading live games and casino operator working on launching an exciting new iGaming brand who is looking for a German Speaking VIP Manager to join their team in Limassol.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier German-speaking VIP players, ensuring satisfaction and engagement.
    • Provide a personalised experience, making VIPs feel valued.
    • Serve as the main point of contact, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
    • Develop strategies to enhance player retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
    • Organise exclusive promotions and events tailored to VIP preferences.
    • Track player activity and feedback to ensure an optimal experience.
    • Monitor player performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Provide regular reports on VIP activity, satisfaction, and feedback to management.
    • Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and product teams to ensure seamless VIP experiences.
    • Assist in creating personalised campaigns and promotions for the German-speaking market.
    • Handle escalated complaints professionally, resolving issues efficiently.
    • Proactively address potential challenges affecting VIP experiences.

    Requirements:

    • Native or near-native proficiency in German; English proficiency required for team communication.
    • Proven experience as a VIP Manager, Account Manager, or Customer Relations Manager, ideally in online casino or iGaming.
    • Strong understanding of the online gaming landscape, player preferences, and competition.
    • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills with high-value players.
    • Ability to manage delicate situations with professionalism, tact, and empathy.
    • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences.
    • High attention to detail in ensuring a personalised and premium VIP experience.
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving. Focused on delivering results and continuously improving the VIP experience.
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
