    Customer Service Representative

    BettingJobs is thrilled to collaborate with our client, a prominent online bookmaker known for transforming the sports betting and gaming industry, in their search for a Customer Service Representative based in Malta.

    The successful candidate will handle customer communication on behalf of the company, serving as the first point of contact for their customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer communications, translations, and support in required languages.
    • Provide accurate, timely information and resolve issues professionally.
    • Manage customer accounts, records, and transactions, including resolving discrepancies and monitoring for fraud.
    • Collaborate with departments to improve processes and maintain compliance with policies and regulations.
    • Develop expertise in the company website and products to assist customers effectively.
    • Escalate unresolved issues as needed and assist with special projects.
    • Maintain professionalism, flexibility, and adherence to company standards in all interactions.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • Customer service experience, especially in gambling or online gaming, is an asset.
    • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems preferred.
    • Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to maintain professionalism, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications.
    • Team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Flexible and adaptable to frequent changes.
    • Proficiency in English and Swedish language required for reading, writing, and speaking.
