BettingJobs is working with a well-established iGaming group running multi market brands, seeking to expand their portfolio with the addition of Crypto focused products. As such we are hiring for a senior iGaming Crypto Product Specialist to lead these efforts.

This role can be remote (working to SAT hours) and requires past experience with launching iGaming crypto products.

This person will be the driving force in bringing cryptocurrency-related products and solutions to our large online casino platform.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategy for integrating cryptocurrencies into the gaming ecosystem, including payments and digital asset support.
• Drive product roadmap aligned with market trends and business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product execution.
• Oversee crypto wallet, payment system, and blockchain protocol integrations.
• Ensure compliance with global crypto regulations and licensing standards.
• Optimize seamless, secure, and fast crypto transactions.
• Analyse market trends, competitors, and expansion opportunities.
• Present updates to stakeholders and advocate for crypto products.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to security, volatility, and user behaviour.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years in crypto/blockchain, ideally within gaming or online casinos.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex products.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain, wallets, crypto payments, and regulations.
• Product management expertise, balancing business goals with tech feasibility.
• Understanding of gambling industry regulations and crypto compliance.
• Data-driven decision-making using market trends and user insights.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passion for crypto, blockchain, and gaming innovation.
• Familiarity with DeFi, NFTs, and blockchain applications.
• Agile/Scrum experience and strong industry network.
• Strategic thinker with execution capabilities under time constraints.
