    CRM Manager

    Our client, a subsidiary of a leading gaming operator, is seeking talented professionals to join their new office in Tbilisi, Georgia. They are currently looking for a CRM Manager to join their team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, implement, and manage customer retention and loyalty strategies across different channels (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging).
    • Segment and target customer groups based on behaviour, activity, and preferences to optimise retention rates and lifetime value.
    • Create and oversee automated CRM campaigns, ensuring they are effective and aligned with business objectives.
    • Work with creative teams to develop compelling content and promotions tailored to different player segments.
    • Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as retention rates, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
    • Utilise data-driven insights to continually optimise CRM strategies and campaigns.
    • Map out and enhance the entire customer journey, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience from acquisition to retention.
    • Implement strategies for reactivation of dormant players and maximising revenue opportunities.
    • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and execution of CRM initiatives.
    • Provide CRM insights to inform the product development and promotional activities.
    • Manage and optimise CRM software tools and platforms for segmentation, campaign execution, and reporting.
    • Stay up to date with the latest CRM tools and technologies, as well as industry trends, to drive innovation in CRM strategies.
    • Regularly gather and analyse customer feedback to inform and improve CRM strategies.
    • Use customer insights to personalise communications and improve the overall player experience.
