    • Customize CRM system for casino industry needs, manage user access and permissions, address technical issues, and collaborate with IT for integrations.
    • Ensure accuracy and security of player data, implement data quality measures, and manage segmentation for targeted marketing.
    • Customize workflows, develop automation, and collaborate for advanced functionalities.
    • Generate reports on CRM metrics, provide actionable insights, and identify trends to enhance overall casino business.
    • Provide training sessions and technical support for effective CRM utilization, and create tailored documentation.
    • Monitor CRM technology updates, plan and execute system upgrades, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
    • Collaborate with various departments to align CRM strategies, contribute insights for CRM-powered initiatives.


    • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
    • 2-3 years of CRM admin or technical role experience in the casino industry.
    • Proficiency in casino-tailored CRM software.
    • Strong understanding of casino operations and compliance.
    • Technical skills for casino-specific troubleshooting.
    • Knowledge of database management and player data analytics.
    • Familiarity with CRM customization and automation in a casino context.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented with ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
    • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
    • Training and documentation experience, especially in casino procedures, is advantageous.
