    CRM Manager

    Seeking your next opportunity within the global iGaming industry? Our client, a reputable online crypto casino is searching for a CRM Manager to join their team remotely.

    As the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for utilising Fastrack CRM to build automated, personalised customer journeys and lifeycle campaigns whilst optimising customer segmentation, targeting, and personalisation to maximise campaign effectiveness.

    To be considered for this position, you must have proven experience as a CRM Manager or similar role in the iGaming, social casino, or crypto industries.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive player engagement, retention, and loyalty.
    • Utilise Fastrack CRM to build automated, personalized customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns.
    • Optimize customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization to maximize campaign effectiveness.
    • Analyse data and key performance metrics to improve campaign performance and ROI.
    • Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to create a seamless player experience.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in CRM, crypto, and social casino gaming.
    • Implement A/B testing and continuous optimization strategies to enhance customer engagement.
    • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and responsible gaming practices.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a CRM Manager or similar role in the gaming, social casino, or crypto industries.
    • Strong hands-on experience with Fastrack CRM.
    • Deep understanding of player behaviours, retention strategies, and gamification mechanics.
    • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience with CRM analytics tools.
    • Ability to create compelling customer journeys that drive engagement and revenue.
    • Experience with multi-channel campaign execution, including email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging.
    • Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies in relation to gaming.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for gaming and innovation.
