    CRM Executive

    Our client, a well-established Betting Exchange is currently searching for an exceptional CRM Executive to join their lively team based remotely in the UK with travel to London.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Support the Head of CRM in executing strategies to acquire, retain, and grow customers.
    • Design and optimize visually appealing email campaigns for better engagement and conversions.
    • Use A/B testing and data analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness continuously.
    • Generate detailed reports on campaign success and provide actionable feedback to the CRM Manager.
    • Coordinate with the creative team to ensure marketing assets align with campaign goals.
    • Ensure timely and relevant customer communication with appropriate offers.
    • Oversee all stages of promotions, from planning to analysis, ensuring high standards.
    • Develop casino and exchange bonus campaigns.
    • Assist in launching new casino games.
    • Conduct ongoing competitor research and provide strategic recommendations.
    • Collaborate with customer support to address and resolve issues.

     

    Requirements:

    • Knowledge and experience with Xtremepush, Optimove, SFMC, or Braze.
    • 1-2 year’s experience within iGaming, (Casino or Sportsbook).
    • Numerate and analytical mind-set.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
    • Enthusiastic and driven.
    • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work to challenging deadlines.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
