    CRM Executive

    BettingJobs is working with a leading iGaming company who are seeking to hire a knowledgeable CRM Executive for the French Market to join their team in London.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategies for customer conversion, retention, and reactivation in the French Sportsbook market through effective CRM campaigns.
    • Analyse customer segments, life cycles, and user experiences to enhance engagement and increase ROI.
    • Enhance the customer experience by monitoring and optimizing segmented CRM campaigns, prioritizing resources, and enabling continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with departments like development, design, and customer support to improve the customer journey and achieve company objectives.
    • Utilize data to monitor KPIs, refine customer segmentation, and keep up with trends in the sports betting industry.
    • Ensure CRM systems align with goals, implementing new tools as needed to optimize campaigns and improve user experience through ongoing testing and issue resolution.

     

    Requirements:

    • Native level French speaker with advanced English proficiency.
    • Experience in CRM within the French sportsbook industry, using tools like email, SMS, and push notifications for customer engagement.
    • Strong analytical, commercial, and data-driven skills for achieving positive outcomes.
    • In-depth knowledge of the French gambling landscape and sports betting roles.
    • Background or interest in e-gambling/casino is a plus; expertise in sports is essential.
    • At least 3 years of marketing experience or equivalent education, with team and autonomous work abilities in a multicultural environment.
