Our client, a well-established crypto and fiat operator is seeking to expand their IT team with an experienced CRM Coordinator.
As the CRM Coordinator, you will oversee the creation of campaign deliverables, including emails, rich inbox messages, landing pages, translations, and more. Our client is dedicated to maintaining the highest quality standards in communication to enhance the player experience. In this role, you will take the lead on campaign operations throughout their entire lifecycle.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in iGaming and CRM, along with a strong work ethic and the ability to learn quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Fully supports campaign creation and CRM operations across different products
- Fulfilment – crediting, bonuses, and CRM support
- Copywriting & localisation for campaigns
- Works to uphold cross-department strategy w/ all communications
- Reporting & measurement of campaign performance
- Independent projects as appointed by CRM
Requirements:
- Prior experience in iGaming and CRM is essential.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial.
