BettingJobs is currently working with a well-established iGaming company based in Liberia who are seeking a Country Manager to join their team. As the Country Manager, your responsibilities will include managing operations, business development and budget control.

The Country Manager role would be well suited to an individual who has worked in a senior management position with experience in the iGaming industry and a strong understanding of the African market.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the company’s divisions.
• Leading the company to meet goals.
• Building work plans and growth strategies while being responsible for their execution.
• Responsibility for business development and the profitability of the company.
• Responsibility for the effectiveness of sales platforms in the field and online.
• Initiating steps and procedures to control the company’s activities.
• Implementation of management and operation methodologies, routines, work processes, measurement and control of performance.
• Budget control.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a senior manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/economics.
• Previous experience in managing a company across all its divisions in different areas including sales, marketing, operations, finance, legal, business development, human resources.
• Experience in marketing and branding, with a proven track record of attracting and retaining customers.
• An understanding of profit and loss unit management.
• Experience in management of online sales and of a geographically dispersed sales system.
• Familiarity with the African market – a significant advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to relocate to Africa.
