    Chief Operating Officer

    BettingJobs are working with an already established land-based and online gaming operator who are planning to launch an online crypto casino/sportsbook, who are looking for a Chief Operating Officer to join their team based remotely.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the daily operations of the casino and sportsbook platform, maintaining optimal system performance and user experience.
    • Ensure all processes comply with relevant international gaming regulations and standards, with a particular focus on cryptocurrency requirements.
    • Implement and enhance operational processes to boost efficiency, speed, and overall performance across all aspects of the platform.
    • Manage and support a multicultural operations team, promoting collaboration and aligning efforts to meet business objectives.
    • Monitor and improve platform security, customer support, and service quality to maintain a trustworthy and competitive gaming environment.

    Requirements:

    • Extensive experience in operational management within the online gaming or casino industry, with a preference for crypto-based operations.
    • Strong knowledge of international gaming regulations and compliance standards.
    • Proven ability to manage and motivate multicultural teams effectively across multiple locations.
    • Familiarity with crypto and blockchain technology as it pertains to online gaming operations.
    • Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills to handle complex operational challenges.
