    Chief of HR & Operations

    Our client a prominent Casino operator and B2B iGaming supplier is currently searching for a knowledgeable Chief of HR & Operations to join their friendly team based in Abu Dhabi.

    Responsibilities:

    • Resolving employee relations issues in a balanced, fair and objective manner
    • Administrating employment in compliance with UAE law.
    • Managing employee relations issues in Headquarter and other Company offices.
    • Designing and optimizing Global Organizational structure
    • Leading and supporting the development and implementation of HR policies across the
    • organization globally
    • Providing overview and direction to the local teams to develop, co-ordinate, implement and
    • audit all HR activities in the locations
    • Leading the best HR practices and objectives in order to grow an employee-oriented corporate
    • culture
    • Managing Employee Lifecycle globally
    • Coordinating Office Management activities globally
    • Overseeing all HR management activities globally in alignment with overall Business strategy
    • Managing training activities for Senior management and employees globally
    • Enabling the company build sustainable competitive advantage that help differentiate the
    • company from its competitors through innovative and best HR practices

     

    Requirements:

    • Strong communication and decision-making skills.
    • Detail oriented.
    • Excellent organizational and planning skills
    • Reasoning ability. Good common sense with ability to solve practical problems.
    • Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
    • Must have good IT skills, able to quickly learn how to use new platforms and programs.
    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field required.
    • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the iGaming industry and HR related role.
    • Hindi and/or Urdu language speaking skills required.
