    Chief Marketing Officer

    BettingJobs is working with a new sweepstakes brand who are looking to add a Chief Marketing Officer to their team, to help them launch a new brand within the US market. This role can be based remotely within the US.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a content-first marketing strategy that builds brand affinity and drives player acquisition.
    • Leverage personal and professional networks to partner with top media players, talent agencies, and influencers in the online gaming and entertainment space.
    • Oversee organic social media growth, influencer marketing, and content distribution across key platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, etc.).
    • Utilize data-driven storytelling to craft compelling brand narratives and viral campaigns.
    • Drive press and media coverage, positioning the company as a leader in the sweepstakes casino industry.
    • Collaborate with internal and external content creators, streamers, and gaming personalities to produce high-quality, engaging content.
    • Develop and manage a multi-channel marketing strategy that blends organic and paid efforts.
    • Optimize affiliate and partnership programs to drive high-quality traffic and player retention.
    • Lead a high-performing marketing team, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
    • Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with sweepstakes gaming regulations in the US.

    Requirements:

    • 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in the online gaming, sweepstakes, or social casino industry.
    • Strong content marketing, influencer marketing, and brand-building expertise.
    • Established connections within media, talent agencies, and influencer networks.
    • A strong personal social media presence and a deep understanding of audience engagement.
    • Previous startup experience, even if the venture was unsuccessful—demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
    • Secondary expertise in performance marketing, paid media, and growth strategies.
    • Experience in scaling a brand through content-driven initiatives.
    • Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing teams.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work with high-profile partners.

    Nice to have:

    • Experience in managing celebrity or influencer endorsements.
    • Background in content creation, streaming, or gaming communities.
    • Familiarity with emerging trends in social media, iGaming, and digital entertainment.
