    Chief Executive Officer

    Our client, a top-tier Curaçao licensed crypto casino operator, is currently searching for an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to join their lively team based in Armenia.

    Responsibilities:

    • Define and communicate the company’s vision, mission, and strategic direction.
    • Lead expansion into Western markets, focusing on growth opportunities and building a strong team.
    • Oversee operational workflows, recruitment, and synergy between regional teams.
    • Develop and implement marketing, retention, and CRM strategies to drive growth and revenue.
    • Ensure compliance with legal frameworks and robust risk control measures in online gambling and crypto industries.
    • Foster innovation, maintain stakeholder relationships, and manage financial health and IT infrastructure.

     

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior leadership role within the online gaming or crypto industries.
    • Proven track record of expanding businesses into new markets, especially Western markets.
    • Extensive knowledge of trends and dynamics in the crypto gaming industry.
    • Strong background in marketing, customer retention, and CRM strategies.
    • Expertise in payments, risk control, and operational processes in online gaming.
    • In-depth understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks for online gambling and crypto industries.
    • Excellent leadership, team-building, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
