BettingJobs is currently recruiting for an innovative crypto gambling operator looking to hire a Casino & Sports VIP Manager based in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with high-value players to maximize retention and engagement
• Provide tailored promotions, exclusive offers, and a white-glove experience for VIPs.
• Identify potential VIPs, onboard them, and implement strategies to keep them engaged.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in crypto gambling, market movements, and competitor offerings.
• Monitor player activity, analyse behaviour patterns, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Organize exclusive VIP events, both online and offline, to strengthen relationships.
• Act as the first point of contact for VIP concerns, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
• Work with marketing, customer support, and product to optimize the VIP experience.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in VIP management within the iGaming industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop trust and loyalty with VIP players.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell casino products to high-value players.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, data analytics, and player segmentation (Customer.io, Google Analytics, etc)
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and respond to VIP needs 24/7 when necessary.
• Multilingual skills are a plus (English required; additional languages preferred).
