    Casino Product Manager

    BettingJobs are working with a successful iGaming company who have recently opened an office in Gibraltar. Their main market focus is DACH regions but they also target Spain, Greece and Sweden. They have offices in other locations across Europe such as: Greece, Malta, Germany and Austria. The role will be hybrid based (50%). Apply for a confidential discussion.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Align with the Casino Product team to deliver the defined casino strategy.
    • Be responsible for game releases, QA testing of the casino product offering and follow ups with both game suppliers and our Customer Support team.
    • Product Development: Work closely with senior product managers and development teams to conceptualise, plan, and execute the development of new casino features and products.
    • Assist with the production and maintenance of monthly game roadmaps in conjunction with game supplier partners across our various brands and markets
    • Work alongside the Casino Operations Manager to oversee the integration and content release processes for new game providers
    • Follow a data-driven approach to continuously monitor the performance of our games offering and make adjustments to the casino lobby accordingly via our back end
    • Work closely on a daily basis with our third party gaming suppliers and stakeholders to ensure all game releases are fully compliant with regulatory requirements
    • Be responsible for managing both our regulated games matrix and certification repository, with an organised approach to both logging and storing relevant information
    • Liaise with our Compliance department on game or casino product related matters
    • Together with the Casino Product team, maintain and manage the relationship with third party suppliers
    • Be proactive in helping to improve team processes, workflows and operational efficiency
    • Follow and stay up to date with industry news and market or product trends
    • Be given the opportunity to develop at a rapid pace, learn new skills and collaborate with other departments – namely Marketing, CRM, Payments and Customer Support – within the business.

     

    Requirements:

    • Degree or equivalent level of education is desirable but not essential
    • Experience in the iGaming industry, more specifically within a Casino Games or Product vertical is essential.
    • Agile, adaptable, and willing to learn
    • KPI and data driven
    • Capable and proactive in utilising and learning about Microsoft Excel
    • Attentive to detail with strong organisational skills
    • Self-motivated, curious and keen to make an immediate impact
    • A problem solver, able to multitask in pressurised situations
    • A team player with communication skills
