    Casino Director

    BettingJobs is working with a well-established iGaming operator who are seeking to hire a experienced Casino Director to join their team in San Jose.

    Responsibilities:

    • Take full ownership of the casino vertical, managing all commercial, operational, and strategic aspects to achieve business targets.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop the casino team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
    • Oversee 12 third-party casinos, managing each back office independently to optimize performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
    • Develop and execute weekly promotions for each casino to maintain high levels of player engagement and loyalty, working closely with the marketing team.
    • Plan and execute the launch of new games across all casinos, ensuring a seamless rollout and strong player uptake.
    • Drive key performance metrics including Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR), Net Gaming Revenue (NGR), active players, and deposits, with weekly tracking and reporting.
    • Identify and onboard new third-party casinos, negotiating contracts and managing relationships to expand the casino portfolio.
    • Prepare detailed financial reports for each casino monthly, providing insights and recommendations to the CMO and other stakeholders.
    • Brief the marketing team on all casino-related projects, brand campaigns, promotions, and product launches to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
    • Continuously optimize the casino vertical’s performance, processes, and offerings to maintain a competitive edge and uphold a standard of excellence within the company.

    Requirements:

    • 10+ years proven experience in a senior casino management role within the online gambling industry.
    • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and player engagement in a casino setting.
    • Experience managing third-party casino providers and negotiating contracts.
    • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team towards achieving strategic objectives.
    • In-depth understanding of casino operations, including back-office management, game launches, and promotions.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively brief and collaborate with marketing teams and other departments.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial reports, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
