    Business Development Director

    Our client, a diverse payments solution provider who offer seamless transactions and worldwide acceptance is searching for an experienced Business Development Director to join their already successful team.

    The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the expansion strategy. They will identify new opportunities, forge strong partnerships, and establish our brand as the go-to payments partner for iGaming operators globally.

    This role requires a forward-thinking leader with deep industry knowledge, exceptional networking skills, and a results-driven mindset.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a robust business development strategy to expand market share and revenue in the iGaming industry.
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including gaming operators, technology providers, and regulatory bodies.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive movements to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
    • Drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring alignment with company goals.
    • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to tailor solutions that address client needs and industry demands.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance visibility and reputation.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a leadership role within the payments or iGaming industry.
    • Strong understanding of payment systems, gaming operators, and regulatory environments in the iGaming sector.
    • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced, competitive market.
    • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically to achieve measurable results.
    • A network of established relationships within the iGaming or payments industries is a strong advantage.
