Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams such as ACQ, CRM, VIP, and customer service to optimise CRM system usage and identify areas for improvement.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling through analysis of customer data and interactions.
• Support the implementation of new sales and marketing campaigns by creating segmented target customer lists and tracking engagement.
• Review and analyse marketing unit performance to drive actionable insights.
• Develop advanced optimisation strategies for ACQ and retention campaigns.
• Closely monitor overall business performance.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach toward continuous business improvement and optimisation.

Requirements:

• Expertise in ACQ, CRM, and VIP business operations.
• Skilled in analysing large datasets and extracting actionable insights.
• Extensive experience in the online gaming industry with a deep understanding of the gambling sector.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating assumptions and reaching objective conclusions.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
