Responsibilities:
Develop and refine brand positioning that distinguishes the online casino and sportsbook, supported by a cohesive brand architecture for naming and extensions.
Use market research, competitive analysis, and audience insights to identify growth opportunities, shaping brand storytelling, marketing strategies, and product roadmaps.
Establish and uphold brand messaging guidelines to ensure a unified voice and narrative across all communication channels and regions.
Guide marketing, design, and content teams to align creative campaigns and messaging with brand strategy and business goals.
Collaborate with regional teams and specialists to localise brand strategies, considering cultural, market, and regulatory nuances.
Define and track KPIs for brand health and engagement, analyse performance, and adjust strategies in collaboration with research teams.
Monitor industry trends and propose innovative approaches to sustain brand relevance and competitive edge.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, or a related field, preferably in the entertainment, gaming, or digital consumer space.
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable brand insights and narratives.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with iGaming, sports betting, or related industries is highly advantageous.
