    Brand Manager

    Our client, a subsidiary of a leading gaming operator, is seeking talented professionals to join their new office in Tbilisi, Georgia. They are currently looking for a Brand Manager to join their team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and refine brand positioning that distinguishes the online casino and sportsbook, supported by a cohesive brand architecture for naming and extensions.
    • Use market research, competitive analysis, and audience insights to identify growth opportunities, shaping brand storytelling, marketing strategies, and product roadmaps.
    • Establish and uphold brand messaging guidelines to ensure a unified voice and narrative across all communication channels and regions.
    • Guide marketing, design, and content teams to align creative campaigns and messaging with brand strategy and business goals.
    • Collaborate with regional teams and specialists to localise brand strategies, considering cultural, market, and regulatory nuances.
    • Define and track KPIs for brand health and engagement, analyse performance, and adjust strategies in collaboration with research teams.
    • Monitor industry trends and propose innovative approaches to sustain brand relevance and competitive edge.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, or a related field, preferably in the entertainment, gaming, or digital consumer space.
    • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable brand insights and narratives.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Familiarity with iGaming, sports betting, or related industries is highly advantageous.
