    Affiliate Operations Specialist

    BettingJobs is thrilled to collaborate with our client, a prominent online bookmaker known for transforming the sports betting and gaming industry, in their search for an Affiliate Operations Specialist to join their team in Malta.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage affiliate platforms and tracking tools to ensure accurate data collection and seamless operations.
    • Support the onboarding of new affiliates by providing access, resources, and guidance.
    • Maintain and regularly update marketing materials to ensure they’re effective, compliant, and localised for target audiences.
    • Work closely with country managers and channel owners to optimise content.
    • Monitor affiliate activity for compliance with legal, brand, and ethical standards.
    • Coordinate with legal and marketing teams to address and resolve compliance concerns.
    • Offer technical support to affiliates, resolving tracking or payment-related issues.
    • Ensure tracking mechanisms function correctly to enable accurate reporting and timely payouts.
    • Liaise with vendors and event organisers on materials for key campaigns and events.
    • Assist affiliate managers in building and maintaining strong affiliate relationships.
    • Act as a point of contact for affiliate queries, ensuring clear and timely communication.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, marketing) to support operational needs.

    Requirements:

    • Possession of, or current enrolment in, a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business, or a related field is considered a plus.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing, ideally within the sports betting industry.
    • Proficient in Excel and data reporting tools with strong analytical capabilities.
    • Experience with affiliate tracking platforms is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
    • Problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Team player with a collaborative attitude and a service-oriented approach.
