Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and foster key casino affiliate relationships to drive growth, with a primary focus on North America and LATAM markets.
• Setup, manage, and optimization of agreements, analysing ROI benchmarks and proposing campaign improvements to boost acquisition efforts.
• Generate clear, data-driven reports for the senior team and actively negotiate, develop, and evaluate new and ongoing affiliate contracts to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Ensure the brand’s representation across affiliate sites, including monitoring reviews and trackers.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Affiliate Manager role, with expertise and an existing network in North American and LATAM iGaming markets.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills, with experience in various deal structures such as RevShare, CPA, PPC, and Hybrid models.
• Proven track record of thriving in startup environments, demonstrating a history of establishing effective processes.
• Crypto experience is advantageous.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese
• Actively participate in conferences and industry events to maintain networks and stay abreast of industry trends.
