    Affiliate Manager

    BettingJobs is excited to partner with our client, a leading technology brand within the iGaming industry, in their search for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join their team.
     
    As the Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimising affiliate relationships to drive traffic and maximise revenue for our clients iGaming platform.
     
    Your focus will be on building strong partnerships, ensuring the performance of affiliate campaigns, and contributing to the overall growth of the affiliate program. 
     
    This position is open to candidates based in Cyprus or Israel.
     
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and grow the affiliate portfolio, focusing on increasing traffic and player acquisition 
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates to maximise engagement and performance 
    • Analyse and optimise affiliate campaigns based on key performance metrics, including player activity, deposit volume, and retention rates 
    • Monitor affiliate compliance to ensure all promotions are aligned with company guidelines and regulatory requirements 
    • Prepare and present performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement 
    • Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to create effective affiliate strategies that drive growth 
    • Negotiate affiliate deals and commission structures to enhance profitability 

     
    Key Skills and Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in affiliate management, preferably in the iGaming industry 
    • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles and performance metrics 
    • Ability to analyse data, track affiliate performance, and optimise results 
    • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills 
    • Familiarity with iGaming platforms, tracking software and affiliate reporting tools 
    • Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners effectively 

    Preferred Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus 
    • 2-3 years of experience in affiliate management, preferably within iGaming or a similar field 
    • Solid knowledge of iGaming metrics, player acquisition strategies, and affiliate compliance 
    • Experience with data-driven decision-making and performance analysis tools
