    Acquisition Marketing Manager

    BettingJobs is working with a well-established sportsbook and casino operator in global markets in their search for an Acquisition Marketing Manager to join their team in San José.

    As the Acquisiton Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies for the online casinos, sportsbooks, and other business ventures, including a real estate agency, corporate services subsidiary, travel agency, and water park business. You will also create and execute plans to drive website traffic, user acquisition, and customer retention.

    To be considered for this role, you must have at least 10 years of professional marketing experience, with a strong preference for experience in online casinos and sportsbooks. Proven expertise in SEO, sales funnels, affiliate marketing, social media advertising, and driving website traffic is also required.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the online casinos, sportsbooks, and other business ventures, including a real estate agency, corporate services subsidiary, travel agency, and water park business.
    • Oversee and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, sales funnel strategies, affiliate marketing, and social media advertising.
    • Create and execute plans to drive website traffic, user acquisition, and customer retention.
    • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with company goals.
    • Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms.
    • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities while staying ahead of industry trends.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in marketing, with a strong preference for experience in online casinos and online sportsbooks.
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
    • Exceptional proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
    • Proven expertise in SEO, sales funnels, affiliate marketing, social media advertising, and driving traffic to websites.
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-stress environments and deliver under tight deadlines.
    • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience overseeing diverse teams.
    • Experience managing marketing efforts across multiple industries or business units.
    • A willingness to work on-site daily.
