    Acquisition Manager

    BettingJobs is partnering with an established operator searching for an Acquisition Manager to work on an exciting new brand.

    As the Acquisition Manager, you will act as a traffic hunter, driving high-quality traffic across multiple territories, with an initial focus on Japan, South Korea, New Zealand, Latin America, and South Africa as well as collaborating with external agencies, including digital/marketing agencies, and managing or sourcing agencies when required.

    The successful candidate will have 5+ years of proven experience in online gaming (casino and sportsbook), with a focus on acquisition and previous success in scaling acquisition strategies, with ability to drive high quality traffic in multiple regions or territories.

    Responsibilities:

    • Act as a traffic hunter, driving high-quality traffic across multiple territories, with an initial focus on Japan, South Korea, New Zealand, Latin America, and South Africa.
    • Scale acquisition strategies across new and existing regions to maximise player growth and revenue.
    • Develop, manage, and optimise campaigns across diverse traffic & acquisition channels, including but not limited to:
      • DSPs
      • PPC/SEM
      • SEO (advantage)
      • Social Ads & Organic
      • Streamers and influencers
      • Other emerging platforms and non-traditional channels.
    • Leverage the MyAffiliates platform to monitor and optimise campaign performance.
    • Collaborate with external agencies, including digital/marketing agencies, and manage or source agencies when required.
    • Identify and onboard streamers and influencers as part of the affiliate and influencer traffic strategy to drive high-quality traffic.
    • Manage budgets effectively to deliver high ROI on all acquisition campaigns.
    • Analyse and report campaign data, providing actionable insights to improve performance.
    • Work hands-on to optimise campaigns and uncover new traffic opportunities.
    • Provide support and assistance across all marketing responsibilities, contributing to the overall success of the team.
    • Identify and explore new traffic opportunities to stay ahead in a competitive market.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of proven experience in online gaming (casino and sportsbook), with a focus on acquisition.
    • Previous success in scaling acquisition strategies, and ability to drive high quality traffic in multiple regions or territories.
    • Strong expertise in DSPs, PPC, SEO (advantage), Google Ads, and other performance marketing strategies.
    • Advanced knowledge of MyAffiliates or similar tracking platforms.
    • Knowledge of native advertising and programmatic platforms.
    • Experience managing streamers and influencer traffic as part of affiliate and non-traditional marketing strategies.
    • Proven ability to source and manage agencies to support acquisition goals when required.
    • A results-driven approach, capable of managing campaigns independently while delivering exceptional results.
    • Strong experience in New Zealand, Ireland, South Africa, Japan, South Korea, and Latin America is highly advantageous.
    • Familiarity with affiliate marketing, with contacts and knowledge of the industry being a bonus.
    • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or other performance analysis platforms.
