BettingJobs are currently seeking a Marketing Analyst, for a leading operator in the iGaming industry. The role will be responsible for facilitating the company’s marketing analytics needs in different verticals.
Responsibilities:
• Understand online gaming products and player behaviour to be able to analyse Marketing Campaigns (Email, SMS, Direct Mail, Push, Onsite).
• Experience with customer segmentation, A/B testing, Test/Control testing and ROI analysis.
• Regular reporting to senior stakeholders and regional teams on the success of campaigns, demonstrating a deep understanding of player psychology.
• Monitoring the performance across the business, investigating changes in core KPIs, and identifying causes.
• Pro-actively analysing data to understand behaviour, build reports and solve real world business problems.
• Understanding the business and stakeholders, especially the Marketing, Product and CRM teams, to ensure analytical needs are met.
• Communicating findings confidently and coherently to senior management to drive change.
• Analysing trends and identifying new player groups based on player transactional behaviour patterns.
Requirements:
• Basic understanding of Sports betting, Casino, Racebook and Poker
• Understanding of player bonuses and incentives
• Experience of extracting, analysing & interpreting large, disparate and sometimes incomplete data sets
• MS Excel and R/Python (Alteryx is nice to have!)
• At least 3 years ‘experience in a similar BI/Analytics focused role.
• Deep understanding of the best practice for segmentation and campaign reporting.
• Strong mental arithmetic and numeracy skills.
• Interpersonal and communication skills with a can-do attitude
• Ability to present ideas in a user-friendly language.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
