BettingJobs is working with a well-established gaming brand seeking to expand their senior team based in Manila with the addition of a Head of Business Intelligence.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the company-wide BI strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing BI and data analytics team.
• Develop and optimize scalable reporting, dashboards, and analytics tools for stakeholders across product, marketing, compliance, and operations.
• Partner with product and compliance teams to ensure regulatory and market reporting requirements are met with accuracy and speed.
• Drive advanced analytics initiatives, including predictive modelling, player segmentation, churn analysis, and monetization insights.
• Oversee data governance, quality, and accessibility across the organization.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in gaming analytics, data platforms, and regulatory reporting.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data science, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in gaming, entertainment, fintech, or another data-driven industry.
• Proven track record of building and scaling BI teams and infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in modern BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and data platforms (SQL, cloud-based data warehouses, big data frameworks).
• Excellent understanding of gaming KPIs, player lifecycle analytics, and monetization strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across Asian gaming markets (regulated or non-regulated) is a strong advantage.
