Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in regional leadership within the online gambling or similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and compliance.
• Expertise in strategic planning, project management, and market analysis.
• Track record in customer acquisition through digital and offline marketing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical with solid grasp of financials, KPIs, and ROI metrics.
• Proficiency in English; Nordic language skills are a plus.
• Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
