    Responsibilities:

    • Developed and executed strategic sales and marketing plans to drive growth, increase market presence, and meet revenue targets.
    • Identified and secured new business opportunities and partnerships, leading contract negotiations and closing mutually beneficial deals.
    • Managed the entire customer acquisition process, acting as the primary point of contact and delivering tailored solutions.
    • Conducted comprehensive market and competitor research to inform strategy, identify trends, and maintain a competitive edge.
    • Adapted sales and marketing approaches in response to regulatory, technological, and market changes within the web/software development industry.
    • Maintained up-to-date knowledge of provider products and upcoming releases to effectively present solutions to clients.
    • Ensured smooth customer onboarding and facilitated a seamless transition to Account Managers for ongoing support.
    • Led initiatives to improve customer experience, brand awareness, and product adoption across retail and digital channels.
    • Monitored performance metrics, conducted product and team reviews, and made data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
    • Built and maintained relationships with key industry stakeholders including sponsors, partners, and affiliates.
    • Represented the company at industry events, conferences, and expos to enhance visibility and network strategically.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in BA, Marketing or related field
    • Strong understanding of the [industry/sector] market and trends.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
