BettingJobs are working with a well-established B2B service provider who offer tech, marketing, operations and payments solutions that specialise within South-East Asian markets, who are seeking to hire a Partnership Manager to join their office in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential agents who facilitate payments for the projects.
- Conduct initial calls to introduce the projects and assess agent suitability.
- Onboard agents by thoroughly explaining the project details, benefits, and processes.
- Provide ongoing support and training to agents to ensure smooth integration and operation.
- Manage relationships with agents to ensure satisfaction and effective collaboration.
- Identify and target gambling merchants for project integration.
- Reach out to potential merchants through calls and arrange face-to-face meetings.
- Present the benefits and features of integrating with the projects.
- Work closely with merchants to facilitate seamless integration and address any technical or
- operational challenges.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential agents and merchants.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both agents and merchants.
- Regularly check in with partners to ensure their needs are met and to gather feedback for improvement.
- Resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in payment systems, specifically for gaming and gambling merchants.
- Strong calling and communication skills.
- Experience in conducting face-to-face meetings and presentations.
- Ability to attend industry events and represent the company professionally.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical integration issues.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to travel as required.
