BettingJobs is working with a well-established iGaming operator seeking to future proof their product and expand their team in San Jose with the addition of a well-connected Senior Affiliate Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the affiliate strategy to drive acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility in North America and ROW markets.
Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with top-performing affiliates, negotiating competitive deals to maximize ROI.
Monitor affiliate performance, analysing data and KPIs to optimize campaigns and partnerships.
Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, compliance, and BI teams to ensure offers and campaigns are aligned with business goals.
Manage budgets, forecast performance, and provide regular reports to leadership.
Attend industry events, conferences, and affiliate meetups to strengthen relationships and expand our network.
Requirements:
Significant experience in an affiliate management role within the iGaming industry (casino and/or sports betting).
Deep understanding of the North American player landscape and affiliate ecosystem.
Proven track record of building successful affiliate programs and achieving acquisition targets.
Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Willingness to travel regularly for meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
Based in San Jose (or open to hybrid), OR located in LATAM with flexibility to travel frequently to San Jose and North America.
