    Senior Affiliate Manager

    BettingJobs is working with a well-established iGaming operator seeking to future proof their product and expand their team in San Jose with the addition of a well-connected Senior Affiliate Manager.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute the affiliate strategy to drive acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility in North America and ROW markets.
    • Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with top-performing affiliates, negotiating competitive deals to maximize ROI.
    • Monitor affiliate performance, analysing data and KPIs to optimize campaigns and partnerships.
    • Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, compliance, and BI teams to ensure offers and campaigns are aligned with business goals.
    • Manage budgets, forecast performance, and provide regular reports to leadership.
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and affiliate meetups to strengthen relationships and expand our network.

    Requirements:

    • Significant experience in an affiliate management role within the iGaming industry (casino and/or sports betting).
    • Deep understanding of the North American player landscape and affiliate ecosystem.
    • Proven track record of building successful affiliate programs and achieving acquisition targets.
    • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Willingness to travel regularly for meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
    • Based in San Jose (or open to hybrid), OR located in LATAM with flexibility to travel frequently to San Jose and North America.
