BettingJobs are currently seeking a Customer Insight Manager for a growing iGaming company in their San José, Costa Rica office.

Responsibilities:

• Lead market research initiatives to track industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
• Manage quantitative and qualitative research projects, such as customer surveys, focus groups, and behavioural studies analysis.
• Analyse customer data, user behaviour, and product performance to identify opportunities for product improvements and business growth.
• Monitor and evaluate customer feedback from multiple sources (e.g., customer support interactions, reviews, and forums) to detect patterns, strengths, and pain points.
• Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate findings effectively to senior management, product teams, and marketing stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, UX, marketing, and CRM teams to integrate customer insights into decision-making and enhance the player experience.
• Stay informed about regulatory changes in key markets to make suitable product recommendations.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Experience designing, executing, and analysing studies to gather actionable customer insights.
• Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends.
• Skilled in translating findings into strategic business recommendations.
• Exceptional ability to convey research findings through clear reports and presentations.
• Ability to integrate customer insights into business strategies.
• Familiarity with market research tools (e.g., Qualtrics, UserTesting).
• Proficiency in data analysis software and management practices (e.g., SPSS & SQL) and advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, macros).
• Awareness of customer behaviours and market trends to ensure compliance and relevance.
• A degree in commerce, economics, psychology, statistics, or a related field is preferred.
