BettingJobs is excited to partner with our client, a leading iGaming operator, in their search for a Commercial Manager to join their team based in Manila.
Originally founded in 2012, our client has rapidly grown to become a prominent brand in the iGaming sector, now employing over 2,500 staff across 16 countries globally.
Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver the local commercial strategy including marketing, affiliate partnerships, product adaptation, and pricing, ensuring it aligns with local customer preferences and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the P&L for the Philippines market, setting and delivering on revenue, cost, and acquisition/retention KPIs.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, CRM, Product, Operations, HR, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure successful market entry and growth.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in the online gambling industry in the Philippines market, ideally within a major operator.
- Proven experience engaging with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and operational integrity.
- Deep understanding of the Asian gaming landscape, customer behaviour, and regional commercial practices.
- Proven P&L ownership and experience managing budgets and acquisition funnels.
- Strong experience with product localization, UX flows, and player journeys in online betting or gaming.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Tagalog or other local dialects is a plus.
- Stakeholder management skills and experience working cross-functionally to specify and deliver requirements in a collaborative, performance-driven way.
- Customer-focused, passionate, hands-on, and excellent executor, with a strong business and growth mindset.
