The successful candidate will address customer inquiries and resolve issues exclusively through email and live chat, with no phone support involved. This position operates on a rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email with clear, timely communication (no phone calls needed)
- Detect and address potential scams or fraudulent activities to maintain a secure online environment
- Log customer interactions and resolutions accurately for record-keeping
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experiences
- Achieve personal and team performance goals
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to deliver seamless support
- Support multiple workflows, clients, and markets as required
Requirements:
- Fluent in English: Able to speak and write clearly and confidently in English.
- Some Customer Support Experience (0–1 year): Familiar with helping customers, answering questions, and solving simple problems.
- Good Communication Skills: Can explain things clearly and listen carefully to others.
- Willing to Learn: Open to new ideas, feedback, and learning new skills to grow in the role.
