BettingJobs is working with a Dubai based business, that are very established in the industry, operating multiple B2C brands. This includes a betting exchange alongside their own B2B platform. They are searching for an iGaming Chief Marketing Officer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the overall marketing and player engagement strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and optimize cross-functional marketing teams including CRM, Acquisition, Brand, Content, Performance Marketing, Affiliate, and social media.
- Conduct rightsizing initiatives: assess and optimize marketing structure, ensuring the right talent, capabilities, and resourcing levels are aligned with business needs.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across marketing, integrating marketing automation, customer journey mapping, and Martech solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of AI-powered marketing tools for predictive analytics, player segmentation, and personalization.
- Manage and optimize player acquisition campaigns across digital, affiliate, influencer, and direct channels.
- Develop and protect a consistent and compelling brand identity in India and global target markets.
- Collaborate with Product, BI, Operations, and Compliance to align marketing efforts with player experience, responsible gaming, and regulatory standards.
- Own and optimize the marketing budget with an emphasis on maximizing ROI, LTV, and cost efficiency.
- Implement modern digital marketing techniques: SEO/SEM, PPC, Programmatic Advertising, Influencer Partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international advertising and gaming regulations.
- Stay updated with evolving trends in AI, crypto, and Martech relevant to iGaming.
- Represent the organization at key industry events and forge external partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or specialized certification in CRM, Digital Marketing, or Data Analytics is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Fastrack CRM, OptiKPI, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
- Expertise with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DV360, TikTok Ads).
- Deep understanding of Martech platforms: marketing automation, personalization engines, customer journey mapping tools.
- Strong analytics capabilities with platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Tableau, Power BI.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications for marketing (predictive modeling, dynamic creative optimization, personalization engines).
- Knowledge of affiliate management tools (Income Access, NetRefer, Everflow, etc.).
- Comfort with CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS for campaign oversight is an advantage.
- Understanding of blockchain/crypto ecosystems related to payments and promotions is a plus
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in CRM within iGaming (Sportsbook/Casino focus).
- Experience working with crypto transactions and promotions is an advantage.
- Strong background in campaign strategy, execution, and optimization.
- Proven track record of improving engagement and retention metrics.
