    Turkish Marketing Manager

    BettingJobs are working currently with a very successful iGaming operator as they look to launch a new brand into the Turkish market. In hiring this role, it is hoped that the appointed individual can eventually build a team as the business grows.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies (paid, organic, social, affiliate) tailored to the Turkish market
    • Localise global marketing assets and campaigns for maximum relevance and impact
    • Manage affiliate relationships and acquisition funnels via the aggregator model
    • Monitor campaign performance and optimize to hit KPIs (acquisition, retention, ROI)
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities in Turkey
    • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure consistency and alignment

    Requirements:

    • Native-level fluency in Turkish
    • 3+ years of digital marketing experience, gained within the online gaming / gambling sector
    • Strong understanding of the local Turkish iGaming market
    • Strong understanding of the Turkish online user behaviour, culture, and regulatory landscape
    • Data-driven mindset and familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
    • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
