    Senior Affiliate Manager

    BettingJobs is working with a global online casino and sportsbook brand that is looking to hire a Senior Affiliate Manager to join its team in Limassol, Cyprus. This role is fully on-site, and the preference is to hire an experienced Affiliate Manager with an existing network in international markets including DACH, Italy and Nordics.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliate partners through email, phone, newsletters, and forums to maximize revenue growth.
    • Proactively recruit new affiliates to support CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and Fixed Fee campaigns.
    • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and campaign terms.
    • Monitor and analyse affiliate performance to ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).
    • Manage the affiliate marketing budget, including commission structures and overall spend.
    • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and commission payments on a monthly basis.
    • Provide regular performance reports and strategic insights to senior management.
    • Expand and optimize the affiliate database to enhance brand visibility and partner reach.
    • Handle daily communication with partners, offering timely support and guidance.
    • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and web development teams to drive customer acquisition through affiliate channels.
    • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, conventions, and forums to grow the affiliate network.
    • Develop engaging and informative content for monthly affiliate newsletters.
    • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in affiliate marketing.
    • Design and manage affiliate-focused promotions and tournaments to drive ongoing engagement.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar affiliate marketing role.
    • Strong sales acumen and negotiation capabilities.
    • Proven experience in the gaming industry, with a solid understanding of its dynamics.
    • Highly motivated, results-driven, and target-focused.
    • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
    • Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively under tight deadlines.
    • Confident in representing the company and its brands at public events and exhibitions.
    • In-depth knowledge of the iGaming sector and affiliate marketing strategies.
    • Demonstrated success in SEO-driven affiliate marketing across a broad range of international markets, including the Netherlands, DACH region, Nordics, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Canada, New Zealand, Slovakia, Ireland, Italy, France, Australia, Spain, and Portugal.
